When you submit an enquiry to a provider, your contact information and message are shared with that provider so they can respond. You consent to this sharing when you submit the enquiry form.
4. Review display
Your display name and review content are shown publicly on the provider's profile. Your email address is collected for verification purposes and is never shown publicly.
