Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to featured listing purchases made on GuruXO. It does not apply to third-party services.

General policy

Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the placement has been activated (i.e. once your listing is live in the sponsored section).

Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if: your placement was never activated due to a technical error on our side, or your provider profile was rejected after payment was taken. Pro-rata refunds are not provided for early cancellation of active placements.

How to request

To request a refund, email billing@guruxo.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and reason. We will respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
