Our sister company UFM Underwear has been Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant {FBM} plus our own website since its founding using 3rd party fulfillment. We became increasingly displeased with the service level and the cost of our 3rd party fulfillment vendors. We changed vendors a couple of times. We implemented Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime in 2019 and things got much worse. After being suspended for the 5th time, all the hours and stress of crisis managment, we decided we could do better. In early 2020, we opened our own warehouse with state of the art technology and immediately our Seller Fulfilled Prime performance went from POOR to PERFECT. This operational exellence obviously carried over to our Non-Amazon business as well. We have experience with Amazon, Magento, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Walmart, Ebay and Etsy integrations but have ability to support others as well, ask us.
